Getting started with MuniBilling is easier than you think.
1. Demonstration and Q & A
Contact us to schedule a free demo of our software. We will start by gathering a bit of information pertaining to your billing needs so that we can give the most relevant presentation possible. Demonstrations are done online using screen-sharing technology. Any questions that come up can be answered during the demo.
Once we have a full understanding of your billing needs, you will receive a proposal including a scope of work and a price quote. Click here for more information on how our pricing is determined.
3. Data Extraction and Preparation
If needed, our conversion team will help extract all of your customer and billing data from your old system. We will then prepare the data for conversion to MuniBilling and upload it to our system.
After your data is loaded into MuniBilling, our support team will walk you through a review of the program, helping you view your accounts and become comfortable navigating the system. Our staff will then schedule training sessions with you as you to use different functions in the program, such as entering meter readings, creating bills, taking payments, processing late fees, etc. We find it works best to split training into multiple sessions to allow you to focus on each task.
5. Ongoing Support
Our general support team is available 8am – 8pm ET, Monday through Friday. Whenever questions come up, we will be ready for your email or phone call.
