I believe the alert tool in MuniBilling and the service menu tool is capable to manage the work orders we discussed (via telephone). One of the greatest tools for staff is all employees would have access to view an account status or request whether working in the office or out in the field and an administrator can limit each individual access. I strongly recommend requesting MuniBilling to provide an in depth demo presentation on the specific concerns before inquiring with a third party to manage work orders, which is a possibility if necessary. MuniBilling as went above and beyond the call of duty for the cost to modify the software to fit the needs of [The] County. Also, MuniBilling is continuously reviewing the software needs to fulfill all user needs.
